Affectionately called “WendyY” by her clients, business associates and coaching colleagues, Wendy Y. Bailey is a Master Certified Group Coach, Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Certified Experienced Coach.  WendyY leveraged more than 20 years of leadership and management experience and expertise leading hundreds of teleseminars, live workshops and small group training sessions to create Group Mastery for Speakers, Trainers and Workshop Leaders.

According to Wendy Y. Bailey, the basis for coaching is developing and maintaining lifelong client relationships.  WendyY is a dynamic coach and engaging speaker. She loves coaching entrepreneurs and organizations on topics such as business operations, small business marketing, including group coaching, business systems and small business branding.

As a dedicated visionary facing the rapid change of today’s business climate, WendyY focuses much of her time and efforts creating and delivering business models to take coaching to audiences via unconventional venues, including:

WendyY holds a Bachelor in Management from National Louis University and graduated at the top of her class. She has trained professionally at George Washington University, Coach University, Coach Training Alliance and CoachVille. WendyY is a founding member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC), a global collective of coaches dedicated to coaching development and proficiency throughout the profession.
